This heavily textured Abstract painting, plays on a thick wood base with over layers of acrylic paint, moulding and texture paste to create layers of depth and colour.

'In The Silence' has a striking palette of multiple shades of blues, bronze and a hint of purple which tie together beautifully against the black of the frame and makes this piece really come alive. This painting speaks to when I visit one of our local beaches here in Margaret River, Western Australia on a really windy winters day. The sense of peace I feel from nothing but silence, as there are often no people around for company, just the wind and my own thoughts. 

This original painting will NEVER be sold as a print, so you can enjoy the benefits of knowing that is a one off piece, especially for your home.

This piece is created on a wood panel, sealed with fixative and a triple gloss coat, gallery finished edges and a satin frame and comes ready to hang.
